Grip Training part 1

There are different kinds of Grip. In the picture,
Argos and the Monkey show you 3 kinds of Grip.

Later they will teach you how to train the extensor muscles in your fore arms.

That's very important! Because if you think of it; How many times a day do you squeeze, and how many times a day do you use your extension muscles?
